Tour of New Zealand 2025

During the week of 7–11 April, a team of individuals took on the epic Tour of New Zealand, cycling over 450km across the South Island from Greymouth to Queenstown. The route challenged riders with steep hills, sweeping descents, and long days in the saddle—but also rewarded them with some of the most breathtaking scenery New Zealand has to offer.
From rugged coastlines to alpine passes, the journey demanded true endurance and determination. Team Unicorn rose to the occasion, pushing through tough conditions and embracing every moment of the adventure.
Beyond the physical challenge, the team rode with purpose—raising over $18,000 for Neuroendocrine Cancer New Zealand. Their incredible fundraising effort will support NECNZ’s work in providing patient support, raising awareness, and funding research.
With every climb, every kilometer, and every donation, Team Unicorn made a difference.
We are also beyond grateful to Grant Webster from Tourism Holdings (THL) who provided a caravan for our travelling home base, and Yesha Patel from After and Allevia Radiology who kindly co-sponsored the team cycling jerseys.
