Helping your GP help you: a free NET education resource
NETs are uncommon, so most GPs will never have managed a patient with one. There's a free RNZCGP-endorsed CME course you can ask them to take.

Neuroendocrine cancers are not common. Most GPs will never have had a patient with NETs, so – just like you – they need to access information and resources to provide the best care.
Thanks to the support of Neuroendocrine Cancer Australia, there is a free GP education module available. It is endorsed by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and is worth 4 CME points.
How to point your GP to it
If you'd like your GP to learn more about NETs, you can:
- Visit the Neuroendocrine Cancer Australia health professional resources page and forward the link to your GP
- Mention it at your next appointment – many GPs welcome the suggestion
- Ask our team to send your GP a short note with the resource link
